For our clients, we provide an extension to the service contract in the form of monitoring of upcoming potential problems.

What is Septim HW and SW monitoring?

To prevent problems, we offer remote monitoring of Septim hardware and software. We monitor whether:

  • there is enough free space,
  • no damage to the database,
  • lifetime and hard disk status using SMART technology,
  • regular backups have not been interrupted,
  • the status of the backup power supply is good,
  • WebCare is available and operational,
  • the Central Customer Database is available and operational,
  • response speed for WebCare and Central Customer Database services. If response times are prolonged, monitoring helps to resolve the issue before the first customer using the service complains,
  • other services.

Each of these examples can cause serious problems on the service when it fails.

A common part of our service is not only the monitoring itself, but especially the active handling of warning signals. If we are informed of a potential problem, we will inform you immediately and are ready to start solving the problem as part of your service order.
