Loyalty system (CRM).

The trust and loyalty of loyal customers is one of the key factors that influence the success of a business. The loyalty program we offer alone will not guarantee customer loyalty, but if you have quality products and services, it will serve as an important added value.

What is the Septim Loyalty System?

Loyalty system or CRM stands for "Customer Relationship Management", which translates to "customer relationship management".

Respected companies that use Septim Loyalty CRM system.

Marketing event.

A marketing event is one of the motivational tools you can use to offer your customers something extra in return for their favour. It is used where the purchase of one recipe usually leads to the purchase of another item.

Examples of use

Free coffee with every cake. Free or half price espresso with a raspberry dessert. In summer, free ice cream for VIP customers. In that case, ice cream is automatically offered to VIP customers for every open account.

Like Happy Hours, the marketing promotion can be restricted to specific days of the week or specific hours during opening hours.

The discount program only evaluates consumption within one open account. Therefore, it does not work with all accounts registered to a specific customer. By setting it, the check can be extended to the current day - so the CRM program can perform the check within one account and also all accounts of a given customer on the current day.

This CRM program works with a specific recipe or with a group of recipes.

Recipe in action.

Recipe in Action is a program that helps you reach new customers and attract them to your business. A coupon for a discount on a certain menu item or a coupon for a free glass of wine handed over at the right time in the right place are certainly among such attractions. All coupons are pre-loaded in the software and can then be easily redeemed at the checkout.

The coupon can be configured to be redeemed for one specific recipe, for multiple recipes or even for a group of recipes. It can be defined as a discount ranging from 1% - 100% discount. Each coupon/voucher can have a defined time validity.

Example of use

You need to insert 1000 vouchers for all the beers on the restaurant's menu with 50% discount.

A barcode reader is ideal for activating and verifying the coupons. However, the coupon number can also be entered on the touch screen.

Special offers.

The Promotional Offers programme merges and extends the Marketing Event and Xth Recipe in Action programmes and is aimed at motivating sales and rewarding loyal customers.

Examples of use

For one main meal of espresso and a bottle of wine with four main meals - a combination of benefits is used as the number of sales items a customer consumes increases. 10th and 11th beers on sale - a customer will be eligible for a discount on the 10th and 11th beers on the bill for the beers that are marked as promotional. If different beers are being marked, the discount may be applied to the cheapest or most expensive item. 3. free cocktail The customer will receive a 100% discount for consuming a third of the same cocktail (or a third cocktail from a defined group).

Like Happy Hours, the program can be restricted to specific days of the week or specific hours during business hours.

The discount program only evaluates consumption within one open account. Therefore, it does not work with all accounts registered to a specific customer. By setting it, the check can be extended to the current day - so the CRM program can perform the check within one account and also all accounts of a given customer on the current day.

Free recipe for the bill.

A discount program that automatically generates a voucher to subscribe to a recipe (any recipe or recipes from a defined general group) for free or at a discount if the set conditions are met.

Example of use

Voucher for 1 free beer with every bill over 500 CZK.

The voucher may have a set limited validity.

Pass.

The CRM program Permanentka allows you to register up to 10 different types of season tickets and use them as an option for prepayment and use of services.

Example of use

E.g. access to swimming pool, sauna, fitness,...

By marking the services or products drawn, the balance on the permanent card is reduced, while the system allows setting the validity of the prepaid service or product.

The system settings also allow for information to be sent to the customer's email address when a prepaid service is about to expire, when an increase or drawdown occurs.

Free recipe.

A discount program that allows you to manually generate vouchers to receive free recipes.

Example of use

You need to insert 1000 vouchers into a magazine to subscribe to 1 free espresso.

The voucher can be set to a limited validity.

Gift check.

In essence, it is a check with a face value that is sold at the cash register or can be cashed automatically by the customer upon meeting set parameters, such as reaching a certain consumption level.

Of course, the sale and use of gift cheques as a gift can help you gain another loyal customer in the recipient.

Different types of vouchers can be used in the system. And thanks to the extended possibility of defining vouchers, working with them is very variable:

  • a cheque can be set up only for a certain group of customers who benefit from discounted prices,
  • can specify the minimum amount of the account from which the customer is entitled to a cheque,
  • just as easily, he can limit the maximum amount an account can reach for a customer to qualify for a check,
  • and it is not a problem to limit the voucher in time.

Notice:

  • It is anticipated that each establishment will want to have the gift check marketing tool handled to their own design, and therefore the Septim system does not print vouchers, but barcode based activation and handling of vouchers occurs.
  • Each voucher can only be used to pay a bill (when redeemed) once, even if the customer does not use the full amount of the voucher value.

The use of gift vouchers can be time limited by setting the validity time of the discount program appropriately, e.g. setting the validity time of the discount program from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm will limit the use of gift vouchers to between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Similarly, use can be restricted to a date or days of the week.

Birthday or holiday mailing.

This is a functionality that allows you to automatically send emails on the occasion of guests' birthdays or holidays.

The Xth recipe in action.

The Xth Recipe in Action offers customers an instant reward at the time of consumption of food or beverages. The customer doesn't have to come back next time or watch for the discount to expire, but takes the discount and consumes right now. Plus, they get what they consume and therefore what they like and what they enjoy! He is thus motivated to reach a certain - discounted - number or to reach a discounted price. The system automatically evaluates in the account whether the customer is entitled to xth recipe for free or xth recipe at a discounted price.

Like Happy Hours, the discount program can be restricted to specific days of the week or specific hours during business hours.

The discount program only evaluates consumption within one open account.

Example of use:

1+1 free beer on the account. Every 2nd shot of Jameson on the account at 50% off.

Please note: This CRM program only works with one specific recipe not across recipe groups.

Time periods.

Septim uses Time Stretches to mark services that are time-based.

Example of use:

For example, a stay in a swimming pool.

Discount next time.

There may be cases when a customer rejects the discount offered for a given consumption and thus uses it next time. In this case, the CRM program "Discount next time" will allow you to create a bonus in the amount of the discount. On the next visit, it will automatically be offered to the attendant for use as a partial payment of the customer's bill.

The bonus can be limited in time.

Collect points for the recipe.

Allows you to collect points for purchased recipes / sales items. Collected points can be further converted into financial bonuses and then used to pay for consumption.

Points will be calculated after the account is closed. The account items are added together and points are allocated according to the sum of the marked quantity and the price of the marked recipes according to the CRM program settings.

The receipt can be printed with information about the number of points for the recipes of the account, the number of extra points for the recipes and the current points balance of the customer.

Collecting points for your account.

Ensures the collection of points for accounts. Accumulated points can also be further converted into financial bonuses and then used to pay for consumption.

Points will be calculated after the account is closed. Points are allocated at the final cost of the account less discounts through customer bonuses, so if the account is for 1 500 CZK and a customer bonus of 300 CZK is used, points will be allocated from the 1 200 CZK. A minimum account amount can be set below which the bonus will not be awarded.

The receipt can print information about the number of points per account and the customer's current points balance. It is necessary to add new print elements like Customer data e.g. to the foot of the receipt.

Change of price category according to turnover for the period.

Automatically change the price category and set discounts for customers according to the turnover for a certain period.

The CRM+ program can be configured to send an information email to the customer's email address when the price category or price category and discount are changed. If the customer does not have a specified email address, the email is not sent. The email is also not sent if the email sending parameters of the CRM+ program (sender, subject and email text) are not entered.

Programs.

Discount programs can be applied to marked items. This procedure will ensure greater control over the discounts provided.

The discount program, i.e. the regulated amount of discount on a specific item, can be selected before marking the item at the checkout, or it can be additionally assigned to the already marked items in the open account.

The advantage of using discount programs instead of entering a discount in the traditional way is the possibility of setting restrictions in their configuration and authorizations according to the security level.

Discount programs may or may not be linked to a voucher.
