Checkout.
The Septim system is an effective operational and control tool. It significantly helps to speed up communication between service staff and the kitchen, all orders are processed faster, which of course helps to increase turnover and guest satisfaction.
What is Checkout in Septim?
The cash register is the basic product of the Septim operating system. In the cash desk, the operator performs all the usual steps related to serving the guest. The key is how user-friendly the checkout is and how thoughtfully other parts of Septim are connected to it.
How does the Restaurant Checkout work?
In the POS application, simply put, the operator performs all the normal transactions related to serving the guest. The Checkout module is customized to provide the fastest, most intuitive and simple operation. The operator is able to use the cash register almost immediately after a relatively short training.
The operator uses the cash register to create bills for consumption and services, enters requests into the kitchen and at the same time immediately removes goods from the warehouse by marking them.
The application enables a number of functions. It is not necessary to list them all at this point, but to assure you that none of the important functions are omitted and that it will provide you with the necessary and especially stable support.
From an operational point of view, the control of the POS module can be precisely adapted to the specific type and size of the operation. The requirements for the functions, appearance and options of the POS are different for a restaurant, canteen, fast food outlet, hairdresser or bistro. The individual setup of the POS is carried out during the installation of the operating system.
Checkout transactions can be limited according to the operator's authorization, which is extremely important from a managerial and security point of view.
