Automatic stacking.
Intergrated solutions from our partner Pecosta perfectly complement our Warehouse Management module.
How does the restaurant's automatic stacking system work?
The Pecosta system has an agreement with all major suppliers in the Czech Republic. You just need to sign a contract for the mediation of your data and these suppliers will start sending the delivery note data to the Pecosta system with the delivered goods. The latter processes and transmits them thanks to a ready connection to the Septim operational system.
In practice, you will receive the goods you take over in the morning. In the office, you then open the Septim operating system and check that the goods delivered match the delivery notes sent. What doesn't match you overwrite or cancel and the rest of the goods are added to the warehouse with one click.
What are the advantages of automatic stacking for a restaurant.
The biggest advantage of automatic stacking in the Septim operating system is the time saving in transcription. You no longer have to manually overwrite items, select where they belong, list their price and quantity. This work is done in a fraction of the time.
