Cash registers for the Septim system.
The Septim cash register system can be operated on computerised cash registers or on standard computers. The operator usually uses a touchscreen and handwriting to operate the cash register.
We offer high quality cash registers that are able to operate without malfunction even in demanding catering operations. They are dust and spill resistant. The cash registers are mostly fanless, which has a direct impact on their low energy consumption.
In our offer, you will not come across low-quality refurbished computers and products that are designed for playing and entertainment rather than for work.
The most commonly served Partner cash registers are a reasonable compromise between quality and price and come with a 36 month warranty already included in the basic price.
Printers for the Septim system.
No establishment can do without a POS printer connection. Printers at selected locations print a "voucher" to inform employees of the need to dispense a drink or food. They also ensure that a clear guest bill is printed.
Printers can be broadly divided into receipt printers, which are located directly next to the cash register and provide beverage order printing and receipt printing. Thermal printers are supplied with the cash register because of their lower noise level and the possibility of printing a graphic logo.
The system setup allows for multiple printers to be installed. For example, directly at the dispensing counter, if it is located further away from the cash register, it is possible to print drink orders, and a second printer directly at the cash register will then ensure the printing of the guest bills themselves.
The second group consists of order printers that are placed in the kitchen. In most cases, operators prefer needle printers. They are noisier than a receipt printer, but very stable. And their noise level is usually seen as an advantage in the kitchen.
Mobile cash registers for Septim system.
For those interested in mobile cash registers, we offer a professional solution: cash registers, which are made specifically for deployment in the hospitality industry. The equipment is ergonomic and robust, with an interesting design. Septim cash register does not use unstable Wi-Fi, but its own radio transmission, which guarantees reliable operation.
Readers for the Septim system.
A large number of reading devices are used in establishments to identify guests, staff or goods.
The most commonly sold reader for guest and staff identification is the magnetic card reader. The reader can be installed directly on the cash register, and purchasing magnetic cards, even in smaller numbers and with custom printing, is not a costly affair.
Canteens are an exception to this rule. The diner is identified by a contactless card, which is more secure and is usually used throughout the facility for example for entry and attendance. To use this type of card, a contactless reader must be purchased.
Whichever reader you choose, it will only be used to recognize the card and identify the guest or staff. The card itself does not carry any information other than its number. All information is recorded in the Septim POS system. A lost card can be replaced with a new one in a simple operation without losing valuable data.
A barcode reader is used for faster sales and identification of goods. We offer several of them and in the framework of mutual dialogue we will help you choose the most suitable one for your operation.
Cash drawer for Septim system.
We offer all-metal Septim cash drawers that can be connected directly to the POS system so that the drawer opens when it is needed, i.e. after the account is closed. In addition to this measure, they are also equipped with a classic lock, which provides an additional security feature to protect the contents.
The cash drawer is metal with a plastic removable inner liner which is used to store cash. The insert can optionally be lockable.
Customer display for the Septim system.
In fast food outlets, canteens, and other counter-sales outlets, the customer needs to be visibly informed about the amount of his bill and the operations performed at the cash register. The customer display serves this purpose.
It is possible to integrate it directly into the cash register or use a separate display with a column.
Checkout scale for Septim system.
We supply quality Septim scales. The scale allows direct connection to the POS system and can be used for the sale of weighed goods in restaurants and canteens. Selected types of scales do not allow printing.
The most commonly sold scales are calibrated and weigh goods up to 15 kg, have their own display, allow price calculation and connection directly to the cash register.

An important factor for deciding the number of cash registers to be placed in an establishment is the number of seats in a restaurant, the number of guests served in a fast-food outlet and the number of meals served in a canteen. For example, for a restaurant, the break-even number is 80 seats. If the restaurant has more than 80 seats, it is clearly recommended to consider placing more cash registers. Of course, other factors such as the size and layout of the space in use also influence the final number of cash registers and their placement.
