We are so happy! Septim has become a partner of another restaurant of Radek Kašpárek, after the very successful Michelin restaurant FIELD. The Septim operating system is now implemented in 420 restaurant, the most anticipated gastronomic venture of 2023!

In the heart of historic Prague, the 420 restaurant attracts visitors to great, quality and unique gastronomy. Radek Kašpárek and Miroslav Nosek, together with chef Marek Kominek, are behind the gastronomic concept that explores the boundaries of what the authors themselves call "slightly cheeky Czech cuisine". The menu includes unconventional combinations such as porcini mushroom in hornbeam smoke, braised veal head or smoked rolled lamb breast or coffin without whipped cream. Septim.4 helps them every step of the way to run their restaurant efficiently.

The restaurant's open interior allows visitors to peer into the kitchen through a large window, where a team of chefs work. The atmosphere is casual and combines old-world cuisine with a modern and unpretentious approach. Architect Václav Červenka, also known for his work on the FIELD restaurant, created an interior that combines the Baroque House at the Red Fox with modern elements. The airy space is dominated by a statue of Jan Nepomucký from the mid-18th century.
