This is the welcome screen of the Pokladna application. The screen design of Pokladna can be defined accoridng to the requirements of each customer, therefore, this demo is just one of the many options available.

First, the user must log in using a user name and a password (password protection can be switched on/off). Each user has permissions defined, i.e., certain operations they can or cannot perform in the system. Automatic logoff after a certain predefined period of inactivity can be set as well.

To speed up the login process, keys with user names are placed in the bottom of the screen, which allow either logging the user in directly or after entering the password.

Comfort, speed and security can be increased greatly by using an identification card, which logs the user in immediately upon being read.

The logged user then proceeds to work with the Pokladna application and all performed actions are logged into the system. Users with appropriate permissions can find all past operations easily and thus perform thorough checks.
