This simple menu, contains the most powerful tool of the Septim system. This part of the program allows controlling the restaurant's economics and tracking the customers reactions to various changes. Even though there are approximately thirty different reports available in Turnovers, each with a set of its own parameters and extensions, they are very simple to use. Just select a report from the basic list and set the required period. If a more detailed output is required, it is possible to filter by cash register, waiter, customer, group of customers, price range, recipe, group of recipes, etc. The filters can be positive (e.g., only the listed cash registers) or negative (e.g., all cash registers except those listed). Each report can contain the store price (margin), bonus (see recipe description) and the base price of a recipe. A hint of the possibilities our system offers:
