Remote support is how our service staff can easily perform service over the Internet without personally visit your facility. So to be able to hit the remote service, you must allow us access to your computer. We use the tool TeamViewer, which allow us temporarily access your computer. It is important that you decide when and who you can connect to.
Enabling remote acess is very simple. If you have TeamViewer installed simply run the application „TeamViwer Quick Support“ (TeamViewerQS.exe). You can also download at the bottom of this page and run straight. Once you start you will see this window:
Allow us to join you you'll have to report „your ID“ and „Password“. That's all you need to be connected to our technician. Once you exit the application we will be automatically disconnected.
