100% records of all closed bills and their items is stored in the list of closed accounts. Among other, the stored data contain:

• who, when and at which register created the account
• who, when and at which register closed the account
• who, when and at which register, in what price category, with what discounts and for how much billed each individual item
• store price of each item at the time of the sale

All closed bills can be filtered according to various criteria so that the users can always find the accounts they are looking for without difficulties. The records of colesd bills serve as a data source for the reports in turnovers and statistics.
