Recipe records are divided into several parts, of which the most important one is the list of recipes itself. Each recipe is then assigned its ingredients (store items), selling prices, subrecipes, etc.

These are the main data recorded for recipes:

• Name
• VAT rate
• Base price
• Store price - is calculated automatically from the entered ingredients
• Bonus - rating of individual recipes
• Recipe group 1-4
• Instructions for preparation - it is possible to make notes on the recipe's preparation here

The recipe bonus is an interesting tool, which allows a better evaluation of waiters than that based solely on their achieved profits. It is clear that a profit of 20,- EUR gained on meals with high margins has a completely different value then the same profit gained, for example, on cigarettes or on other special goods with low margins.
