The main purpose of the inventory is regular store management control and closure. It can be performed at all stores at the same time or for each store individually. For example, the main store may be inventorized only once per month, but the bar may be inventorized more often according to the demand for goods, e.g., every other day. Inventories are saved together with the date and time when they were started, but they can be shifted in time, should it be necessary.
The main function of the inventory is to compare the accounting and physical amounts. If any discrepancies are found, various tools capable of tracking the causes are available. If the error is in a recipe and has been causing deductions of wrong amounts from the store, the system offers a possibility to recalculate the store management after correcting the mistake, and the wrongly deducted amounts will be corrected automatically.
