We offer three types of solution for the control of poured out alcoholic drinks:

In busy restaurants with a narrow range of goods it is advantageous to fix a control head to individual bottles permanently. The main advantage is the speed of service and the precision of the amount served. This installation takes up more space and does not allow cooling the beverages.
Less busy ventures with a broader range of goods might benefit from our solution using the batch dispenser. This beverage serving machine can distinguish up to 99 different beverages using special batching extensions and is able to measure the required amount precisely. Two different amounts can be set for each beverage. The bottles with the extensions can be cooled normally.
We recommend cuvette pumping for discos and other ventures, where the consumption of certain beverages is very high. In this case, the alcohol is served through any stand fitted with taps. We use special cuvettes (it is not necessary to use cuvettes, any container will do), from which the alcohol is not expelled by gas, but drawn by special pumps. Thanks to the use of these pumps, the beverages are not degraded by the pressurizing gas.
All of the above options can be combined freely (put the most common drinks on the “balcony” and fit the rest with extensions) and connected to our cash register system.
